How do I contact Site Service Support? Site Service has email support, live phone support, training video support

What are the hours of operation for SIte Service support? Live support is available from 6am Eastern time thru 8pm Eastern time.

What do the training sessions consist of? Training videos are available for new employees based on tasks and modules assigned

Can we use our clients’ names and sites to practice? We set up a DEMO/TEST company for each customer that is a copy of the live company which is then used to train employees

Subscription and Pricing

Can I view the details of my subscription online? Account billing details are available on the customer dashboard.

My subscription is past due/expired. How do I re-subscribe? Yes

Does Ste Service Cloud have an onboarding fee? There is an initial setup and configuration fee specific to each customer

Are there any contracts? Site Service Cloud customers are on a monthly subscription basis and can end their subscription at any time.

Can I upload photos or documents in the Site Service Mobile App? Yes

What kind of notes can a technician see in the mobile app? The technicians can be sent notes and instructions, pictures, directions and documents.

When do the mobile apps sync with the web app? Site Service Mobile is live at all times with the Site Service Cloud database.

Can I use the Site Service mobile app without internet or in an area without reception? Site Service Mobile can be used in “disconnected mode” to create tickets while working remotely and storing them for later delivery to the office.
